The Member of Parliament for Pru East and former Minister of Energy Dr Kwabena Donkor has mentioned the Electrical energy Firm of Ghana (ECG) needs to be partly blamed for the debt owed by establishments.

He accused the state energy distributor of beforehand succumbing to pressures from authorities establishments to not act to retrieve its debt.

Talking on the Ghana Tonight present on TV3 Tuesday, March 21, Dr Donkor mentioned relating to the reason for the debt of the ECG that “It’s an attitudinal downside.
